Eleanor Jolliffe is studying part-time for an MSc in Climate Change at UCL, building scientific expertise for a career in climate journalism. Her work is shaped by an interest in how climate stories are researched, framed, and understood, particularly by communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis. Previously, Eleanor worked in digital communications and investigations at Schillings, where she examined coordinated online campaigns, bot networks, and disinformation. She has also contributed to corporate climate strategy and served on Virgin Media O2's inaugural Youth Climate Advisory Council. A first-class graduate of the London Interdisciplinary School, her dissertation used natural language processing and visual analysis to trace climate misinformation around London's ULEZ policy across Reddit and Telegram, in partnership with Climate Action Against Disinformation.
